  Howard Gardner's Theory in Multiple Intelligences Howard Gardner, who is a professor, released a document that outline his theory of multiple intelligences where he strongly believed that everyone has different intelligences. His theory of multiple intelligences challenges the idea of a single IQ, where human beings have one central computer where intelligence cannot be changed and can only be measured by a psychologist. At first, Howard Gardner listed only seven intelligences which is verbal, mathematical, musical, bodily kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal, and intrapersonal. However, he later added the eight and nine skills which is naturalist intelligence and existential intelligence. Learning Styles            We all experience the world in unique ways, and with that comes variation in the ways we learn best. Understanding these different types of learning styles can impact the way teachers handle their students, set up group projects and adapt individual learning. Without understanding and acknowledging these different ways of learning, teachers might end up with a handful of students falling behind their classmates in part because their unique learning style hasn’t been activated. Part of your responsibility as an educator is to adjust your lessons to the unique group of students you are working with at any given time. Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI)           The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator is a self-report inventory designed to identify a person's personality type, strengths, and preferences. The questionnaire was developed by Isabel Myers and her mother Katherine Briggs based on their work with Carl Jung's theory of personality types. Today, the MBTI inventory is one of the world's most widely used psychological instruments. The sixteen personality types were created by Isabel Myers and Katharine Briggs, Myers and Briggs created their personality typology to help people discover their own strengths and gain a better understanding of how people are different. Nature of Problem-Based Learning      Problem-based learning is an instructional method in which students work in small groups to gain knowledge and acquire problem-solving skills. A major characteristic of PBL is that the problem is presented to the students before the material has been learned rather than after, as in the more traditional ‘problem-solving approach. Problem-based learning (PBL) is a teaching method that allows a group of people to solve real-world issues through concepts and scenarios. This differs from how teachers or mentors usually teach students, which is by presenting facts for them to memorize. Ali 2019 described the PBL as a process that is used to identify problems with scenario to increase knowledge and understanding, she proposed the five principles of PBL that may be considered by teachers in planning or using approach.
